Tomoyasu Ishii joined Accenture Technology Solutions (now Accenture) in June 2006. As a software engineer, he was engaged in the construction of core systems and digital marketing support for large companies. In 2014, he began practicing Agile contract development as a freelancer, developing software for new businesses and building teams centered on venture companies. In 2017, he joined Ishii Foods Co., Ltd., which was founded by his grandfather and works with farmers to promote regional and seasonal food production. In June 2018, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. He is a certified Scrum Professional.
