The entry fee includes
- Participation in the all-day program (plenary venue and two roundtable discussions)
- The networking party
- Sit-down course lunch

- *If you are 23 years of age or older and would like to support a student as a Matching Sponsor, please pay your own participation fee first. When we receive an essay from a student, we will notify all the paid individual applicants. If you have a student who you would like to support after reading their essay, please choose and support him or her. Reserved seats will be available on the day of the event, so you can sit next to your Sponsee and talk and support him or her as a Matching Sponsor. For ¥69,000 per student (excluding tax), you can support up to two students.
- *For those that are 22 or younger, regardless of the date of payment, the fee is ¥69,000 (excluding tax) for the entire period. If you would like to receive support for the participation fee from a Matching Sponsor, please apply for the Matching Sponsor Program.

Special Accommodation Rate
Only those attending the 30th International Conference on Women in Business will be offered a special rate.
We recommend that you stay overnight so that you can secure a seat at the venue where there are unreserved seats on the day of the event, and to enjoy networking. The special rate will end once it is fully booked, so please apply as soon as possible.
