Naoyuki Hamada is Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy President of Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities since June 2020, serves as Head of Wealth & Middle Market Business Unit, General Managing Officer of Main Office and Branches, Investment Advisory Division and Investment Management Division. He is also Managing Executive Officer of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc., serves as Deputy Group Head of Commercial Banking & Wealth Management Business Group and Asset Management & Investor Service Business Group.
Prior to joining Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities, Naoyuki was Member of the Board of Directors in BlackRock Japan Co., Ltd. between 2010-2019, served as Head of Retail Business Division.
Prior to that, he held various important positions in financial industry, including Managing Executive Officer at Societe General Asset Management (present: Amundi Japan Ltd.), Director and Deputy President at Shinsei Investment Management (present: SBI Asset Management Co., Ltd.) .
Naoyuki started his career in 1987 at Yamaichi Securities Co., Ltd. and then served as the last chairman of its union.
He graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University with a BA in Business Administration.
He was born in 1964 in Ehime.
