Nuria Olmos leads a growing team of 130+ professionals as the Vice President of Professional Services at Arbolus Technologies, a company that leverages AI in its aim to make human knowledge digital. She started her career in business development and sales for emarket, an online trading platform. In 2010, she joined Coleman Research as a research associate and progressed to EMEA Research Manager, where she oversaw regional delivery operations. In 2016, she was the Director of Private Markets at Dow Jones, where she managed an international team of 50+ researchers. In 2019, she moved to Ernst & Young as the Assistant Director of Resourcing and People Operations where she continue developing her experience in strategic resource management, before moving to Arbolus Technologies in 2022.

Nuria Olmos holds a BA in Modern Languages (Universidad de Salamanca, 2007), a Cambridge International Business Diploma with Distinction (University of Cambridge, 2009), a master's in International Business Management (Esden Business School, 2010), and a master’s in Human Resources Management and Services (Universidad Isabel I, 2019). She also holds a CIPD Diploma (Level 5) in Human Resources Management/Services and two EY certifications: Digital Age Teaming - Transformational Leadership (2020) and Digital Age Teaming – Inclusive Intelligence (2019).
