Mr. Motohiro Kamijima joined Nomura Securities Co.,Ltd in 2001. He was transferred to Investment Banking Division (IBD) in 2005 after having spent 4 years working at Retail Division. At IBD, he earned 16 years of experience in TMT sector clients coverage and led the team. Leveraging his extensive experience earned both at Retail and IBD, he was appointed to Head of Human Resources Dept. in April 2022. Since the appointment, he has been promoting initiatives for organizational changes vigorously.
