PROFILE

After working for a bank and a consulting company, she joined Recruit Works Institute in 2001. Engaged in research in the area of human resource management, she served as editor-in-chief of the journal "Works" from 2015 to 2020 and director of the Human Resources Research section from 2017 to 2022. In April 2022, she moved to ExaWizards Inc., where she became head of Research center for Work, AI & DX. Her areas of expertise include talent management, diversity management, Japanese-style employment system, and organizational transformation. She is the author of "Josei ga Katsuyaku Suru Kaisha" (A Company Where Women Work) (co-authored with Yukio Okubo, Nikkei Bunko). In recent years, she has been focusing on research on reskilling for digital transformation.
