Masahiro Origuchi

CEO, The Goodwill Group, Inc.
CEO, Comsn, Inc.

Mr. Masahiro Origuchi majored in science and engineering at the National Defense University and joined Nissho Iwai in 1984. He became known for the planning and production of Juliana's, the disco club. After leaving Nissho Iwai, he launched the disco club, Velfarre. In 1995 he founded Goodwill, a job agency. Although it started with only five employees and capital of 10 million yen, in July 1999, less than five years after its establishment, Goodwill went public. At the end of June 2002, the company had consolidated sales of 47.2 billion yen and profits of 3.6 billion yen.

In February 1997, Goodwill provided capital to Comsn, one of the largest at-home nursing companies in Japan. He became president of Comsn in June 1999. In July 1999, Comsn became a subsidiary of The Goodwill Group. In April 2001,Comsn achieved profitability.
In 1998, he was president of the Japanese chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization (YEO).

In 2002, he was awarded the Young Executive Prize at Keizaikai Grand Prize
