Oki Matsumoto

President/CEO of Monex, Inc.

Mr. Oki Matsumoto graduated from the Faculty of Law of Tokyo University in 1987 and entered the Fixed Income Section of Salomon Brothers Asia Limited. He left in 1990 to join the Fixed Income Division of Goldman Sachs (Japan) Ltd. In 1994, Mr. Matsumoto became a General Partner, the youngest in the company's history. In April 1999, he co-established the online securities company, Monex, Inc. with SONY and serves as President/CEO. The company went public in August 2000.
