Kyoko Mashimo

Ms. Kyoko Mashimo was born in Hokkaido in 1964. She joined N.I.F. (now NIFTY Corporation) in 1987. For the next eight years she worked in the customer support section, handling customer information and member support operations. She worked as supervisor for domestic sales of CompuServe, an American computer communication service sold through NIFTY, in the Planning Department before becoming manager of the Navigation Department in 2002. She is currently responsible for the navigation of contents and services and related operations on the @nifty home page.
