Yoko Ohya

Business Producer, Orange & Partners Co., Ltd. Food

PROFILE

After joining Dentsu Inc. as a new graduate, Yoko Ohya worked in communication strategy planning and product development for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical companies. She then worked as a project leader in wellness and dietary education at Dentsu Research Institute, and in 2010, established the "Dietary Habits Lab", where she discovered consumer insights about food, developed products for food-related companies, and handled media inquiries. She served on various government committees and then, in 2016, was seconded to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as a planning officer. In 2018, she returned to the "Dietary Habits Lab" and launched "Dentsu Team SDGs" and developed corporate SDGs communication strategies. Ms. Ohya organized the EARTH FOODS Review Committee’s work on the “EARTH MART” hall at the Osaka-Kansai Expo "Tsumugu for Life". In July 2024, she joined Orange & Partners Inc., where she works as a food business producer at the company. In her private life, she is the mother of a daughter and a son who are in college.
