About the ICWB in general
Q
Is anyone welcome to participate in the ICWB?
A
Yes. Anyone who agrees with the purpose of the ICWB and wants to participate in order to learn and grow is welcome to participate, regardless of age or gender. More than 20% of the participants are men. We look forward to your participation.
Most of the participants so far have been business people people from all over Japan and also from overseas. They include doctors, lawyers, civil servants, and managers who want to "experience" diversity, regardless of their position.
One parents brought her child, an elementary school student who eagerly took notes and learned all day. There are a few junior high and high school students who save up their pocket money for the registration fee and attend on their own. Anyone with high aspirations is welcome to participate.
The only people excluded from participation are those in the business of recruitment and mediation and event planners.
We also introduce female executives and managers, plan lectures, and arrange training, so please contact us if you are interested.
Q
Is it possible for multiple people to participate in the training as paid by the company?
A
Yes. If you apply from the "Apply as a group" button, you can pay for multiple participants at once. We have also received applications from companies in units of several dozen people, such as for management training, executive training, or through internal recruitment.
If you take this opportunity to participate in order to "feel firsthand" the power of diversity, the depth of training and learning will increase. The ICWB is unique. Choose participants who will fully engage, will stay all day, and will commit to learning about diversity.
Q
Is it possible to become a "Partner" of the ICWB?
A
Yes. The ICWB accepts corporate partners. If you agree with the purpose of the ICWB and are enthusiastic about promoting diversity management in your company, we would welcome you as a "Corporate Partner".
In addition to the participation of employees, there will be booths at the venue display your products, logo exposure, and other benefits. We have various levels of partnerships available, so please contact us to promote diversity management and support The ICWB.

Q

A
Yes, for those who request it at the time of application, a Japanese-English simultaneous interpretation receiver will be available on the day. To order it, please be sure to select that a receive is "Required" on the application form.
