Yosuke Yagi

PROFILE
Yosuke Yagi founded People first Ltd., which offers professional HR consulting services, including the establishment of HR strategy, leadership training, and executive coaching, in January 2017.
Prior to establishing his own company, Mr. Yagi served as Executive Officer and Executive Vice President at LIXIL Group Corporation, a global leader in housing & living industry. He led the transformation of HR from a Japanese domestic company to a global company. Prior to this role, he worked at GE (1999 to 2012), where he led HR for several of GE’s Asian businesses.
From 1980 to 1998, Mr. Yagi worked for NKK (currently JFE), the second largest steel company in Japan. He holds a BA from Kyoto University and an MS in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s (MIT) Sloan School. He currently holds advisory positions at several large companies in Japan.
