Nozomi Yoshimoto assumes this position as the first dedicated leader which was newly created in March 2018. Having gemba mindset, she is leading health and wellbeing programs for Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies (J&J) in Japan, to achieve the healthiest workforce.

Ms. Yoshimoto joined Sankyo Company Limited after graduation and assumed Marketing Research, International Marketing, Global Marketing, and Corporate Communications. She joined Janssen Pharma K.K. in 2010 and experienced Communications/Engagement, Management Strategy, Talent Development, Culture Development. Especially working at a plant (gemba) for seven years has impacted on her current leadership/management style.

Ms. Yoshimoto has a strong belief in “people can take care of others only by taking care of ownself”. She is creating a space where business leaders find personal and professional mission and live energetic, throughout the current position, coaching, etc.
