After in charge of global logistics at I Nippon Yusen Inc., Suzuki joined Temporary center Inc.(Currently Pasona Inc.) in 1983.
Through being responsible for several departments such as sales,staff managment,human resourses,training,systems, she was a borad member of temporary employee placement business as a Senior Manageing Exective Officer.
After taking charge of Judical affairs and Compliance departments, she assumed her current posision, Exective Vice President at Benefitone Inc. which is benefits outsourcing business.
Since 2016, Suzuki concurrently serves as a President of Benefitone Health care Inc.. The company offers total services“Health and Productivity management” ,such as medical checkups and health-maintenace guidance.
Currently, she focuses on breast cancer eradication program to support working women.
Her Motto is "Working happily".
Suzuki has been working on to enhance welfare benefits and ensure thorough health management of employees to promote work style reforms.
In February 2018, We are now finally certified “Health & Productivity Stock Selection 2018“ and “Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations 2018”.
