Hideko Shintani

PROFILE
After joining Calbee, Inc., Hideko Shintani worked in managerial accounting, CSR, and other departments.
Upon return to work after maternity leave, she promoted diversity on the site as a personnel officer of the East Japan Division before being promoted to a managerial position in the Human Resource Development section. In April 2016, she was named director of the Diversity Committee. She has been CHO since April 2018.
From 2011, Ms. Shintani has also participated in the Diversity Committee. In 2012 and 2013, she served as leader of a career support group of the Diversity Committee.
She is an Industrial Counselor, and a Career Consultant (national qualification).
