Average age of participants is 39.9 years old. 33.5% are in their 30s, and 40.2% are in their 40s, accounting for more than 70% overall, but a wide range of ages participate, from junior high school students to those in their 70s.
65.2% of participants are company employees working in a variety of fields.
Many are working in responsible positions; 37.1% are management level, and 45.1% have subordinates who report to them.
The average annual income of participants is 6.754 million JPY. By occupation, company owners earned 8.224 million JPY, company workers 7.240 million JPY, and freelance/sole proprietor 5.423 million JPY.
44.8% respond that they wish to advance in their current organization and carry more responsibility. On the other hand, 30.3% said they wish to change their work style, by changing jobs, for example. 10.4% wish to become freelance, while 9.0% aspire to become independent or start a business in the future.
Approximately 80% have graduated four-year colleges. Almost 20% have completed graduate school or higher.
74.4% of participants live in the greater Tokyo area, but many also joined us from around Japan and even overseas.
