Approximately 88.1% of the participants hold jobs. Among them, 67.0% work for corporations, 9.3% are freelancers and business owners, 9.3% are CEOs, 1.3% temporary staff and 1.1% part timers. Students comprise 0.6% of the total participants.

44.0% percent of all participants have job titles, including positions in management. 38.7% percent report that they have subordinates reporting to them. These numbers indicate that a significant portion of participants holds management positions.
37.4% are eager to move up the corporate ladder and take on more responsibility. At the same time, 12.2% say they are planning to change workplaces or start their own businesses. 23.6% say they want change jobs.
