Yuko Sugahara
President, Y's Communication Ltd.
Ms. Sugahara has been involved in human resources development from 1977 at ARC International Ltd., implementing interactive training programs as a program instructor. She founded Y's Communication in 1999. She provides corporate training as well as consultation and programs for transforming corporate cultures. She also developed "Heart-full Communication" workshop for parents based on her own experience of balancing work and child-raising. She has been providing this widely acclaimed workshop and lectures at PTA groups and municipal governments in various areas nationwide.
Her published works include "Kiku gijutsu tsutaeru gijutsu" [Listening Skills and Sharing Skills] (OS Publishers, 2001), "Kochingu no gijutsu: Joshi to buka no ningengaku" [Coaching Technology: Human Relationship Between a Boss and a Subordinate] (Koudansha Gendaishinsho, 2003), and "Kodomo no kokoro no kochingu" [Coaching a Child's Mind] (Lyon, 2003).
