Ms. Saito graduated from Bunka Fashion College and debuted as a model in 1983. She has modeled for many world-famous designers and appeared in the Tokyo and London Collections, among others. She began working as a walking instructor in 1997. In 2001, she established B-Walk, a group of walking instructors that assists women in the pursuit of "B" (Beauty). Ms. Saito is a "total beauty producer," and teaches walking, personal colors, and styling at cultural centers, corporate training seminars, and various events. She also oversees newspaper columns and provides fashion advice. Ms. Saito also promotes the idea of "body making for children," and provides after-school classes to elementary, middle and high school children, instructing them on the importance of correct posture. B-Walk is currently working with professionals in a variety of fields that are involved in the promotion of "beauty and health."
