Toshiko Kuboki

Upon graduating from the Faculty of Law, Chuo University, Ms. Kuboki registered as a lawyer in 1987. In 1993, she established Ohno&Kuboki, and in 2003, established Kuboki Law Office and became its representative. Ms. Kuboki is also a lecturer at the Chuo Law School and a member of the ethics committee at the Toho University School of Medicine. She is also a member of numerous organizations, including the Chuo City Civil Liberties Committee, Court Mediation Committee, an advisor for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Intellectual Property Center, and a member of the Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association House of Delegate. Ms. Kuboki specializes in risk management. Her work also covers contracts and negotiations, intellectual properties, company labor regulations and general civil cases involving domestic affairs and inheritance issues. Ms. Kuboki also writes and lectures on legal issues.
