Yoko Ishikura

Dr. Ishikura received a DBA from Harvard University in 1985, and began working for McKinsey & Company, Inc. in the same year. In 1992, she joined the faculty at the School of International Politics, Economics and Business of Aoyama Gakuin University, and assumed her current position in 2000. Dr. Ishikura is also Vice President of the Science Council of Japan, and a Non-executive Director of Japan Post. In addition, she is on the Advisory Board of Mazda Corporation. Publications include "Soshiki no koa sukiru" [Building Core Skills of Organizations] (NTT Publishing), "Ishitsu no manejimento" [Managing Diversity in the 21st Century] (co-authored, Diamond Publishing), "Nihon no sangyo kurasuta senryaku" [Strategy for Cluster Initiatives in Japan] (co-authored, Yuhikaku Publishing), "Strategic Management" (translation, Toyo Keizai Inc.) and "Sekaikyu kyaria no tsukurikata" [Building a Career to the World-class Professionals] (co-authored, Toyo Keizai Inc.).
