Yoko Oshima is Assistant General Counsel for Corporate, External and Legal Affairs (CELA) at Microsoft and leads CELA’s Japan team. Before joining Microsoft in 2021, she was the General Counsel of GE Japan and GE Digital Asia in the General Electric group, where she worked for 14 years. Before going inhouse, she worked at law firms in Tokyo (first half) and New York (second half).
Strongly committed to the diversity and inclusion and the social good impact, she is a board member of Lawyers for LGBT and Allies Network in Japan and an advisor to Earth Company.
She recharges by art, music, nature and family and friends.
