Joined Unilever in 2008 as HR Manager, became HR Director in 2012, assuming current role since 2014. Prior to Unilever, joined Pasona Inc. after graduated from Keio University, then obtained M.A in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University Graduate School in NY. Worked at General Electric from 2002 to 2008 where experienced HR Leadership Program, HRBP, LD, and HR Service. Married with a son. Certified NLP master practitioner, Mindfulness NLP® Trainer, Positive Psychology practitioner.
