PROFILE

Dr. Abe has over 30 years work experience as a civil engineer as well as a project management specialist. She has extensive experience in the construction of underground power stations, high speed railways and undersea tunnels including those in Norway, Taiwan, China, Qatar and India.
She is a tunnel expert, quality control expert and safety expert and has been involved in the Indian Railway Project since 2004. She has also been in charge of the Ahmedabad Metro Project in India as the first female Project Manager since 2017.
She is now managing Indian Infrastructure Projects such as the High Speed Railway Project, Metro Project, Water Project, etc., as Chairperson of Oriental Consultants India Pvt. Ltd.
