Daisuke Tsuda

PROFILE
Daisuke Tsuda was born in Tokyo in 1973. He graduated from the School of Social Sciences, Waseda University and is a professor at the Faculty of Letters, Arts and Sciences, Waseda University. Mr. Tsuda is the main anchor on “Tsuda Daisuke: Nihon ni Purasu+” (Tsuda Daisuke: A Positive for Japan) on TV Asahi Channel 2, a news supervisor on J-WAVE’s radio program “JAM THE WORLD,” and representative director of Movements for Internet Active Users (MIAU). He writes extensively in his specialty areas including media and journalism, copyrights, content business, and freedom of expression. In more recent years, Mr. Tsuda has been reporting on solutions to regional issues, social entrepreneurship, and how technology will change society. He is the author of “Surviving the Information War” (Asahi Shinsho), “Use the Internet to Change Politics!)” (Asahi Shinso), and other titles.
