Ms. Ohtake was born in 1975. She worked as an editor before launching her own business as a financial planner. With aspirations to offer financial planning services by women for women, she founded FPwoman Co., Ltd. in April 2005.
Ms. Ohtake is currently active on many fronts, including lecturing, writing, and appearing on TV and radio. She has written more than 30 books about finance, such as "Partner ni Sayusarenai Issho no Money Plan (Lifetime money plan that won't be swayed by your partner)" (Goto Shoin) and "Money Sense wo Migakeba Yume wa Kanarazu Kanau! (Your dream will come true if you brush up your money savvy)" (Toyo Keizai)
