PROFILE

Harumi Kobayashi

Director, Community Department, ewoman, Inc.

Ms. Kobayashi was born in 1976. While a student at International Christian University, she participated in an international educational exchange program to the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. After graduating ICU in 1999, she worked in PR and sales for an interior furnishings company. She joined Unicul International, Inc. in 2003 and was involved in secretariat operations for the International Conference for Women in Business in the capacity of assistant to the vice president.
After becoming independent in 2005, Ms. Kobayashi handled PR for an FM radio station and the launch and PR of a design event. From the same year, she was undertook responsibility for the ewoman Roundtable Discussion forum (formerly ewoman survey). She has been in her current position since January of this year.
