Naoko Goto

Ms. Goto was born in 1965. After graduating with a degree in Mathematical Science, School of Arts and Science at Tokyo Woman's Christian University, she joined IBM Japan, Ltd. In 1995, she joined Fukutake Publishing Co., Ltd. (now Benesse Corporation) and later was named Director of the group company, Persons Inc.
In 2001, Ms. Goto joined Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. where she was engaged in the promotion of women's work. She later founded Women's Frontier in 2003 through internal venture support and became its Representative Director.
In 2008, she joined Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. where she was responsible for career development and promotion of diversity. In 2010, she joined ewoman, Inc. as Director of the Business Development Department.
