Bunpei Yorifuji
Art Director/Representative of Bunpei Ginza
Mr. Yorifuji was born in Nagano prefecture in 1973. He attended the Department of Visual Communication Design at Musashino Art University and established Bunpei Ginza Ltd. in 2000.
In recent years, his activities have focused on advertising art direction and book design. He also works as a serial illustrator and author. His major projects include the JT etiquette ad and "training courses for adults on how to smoke" campaigns, as well as the Tokyo Metro "Tokyo Heart" and "Do it at home" campaigns. He is author of "Uncocoro," "The Catalogue of Death," "The Scale of Mind" and other works.
Mr. Yorifuji has won numerous awards, including the Tokyo ADC Award, Nikkei Advertising Award for excellence, Japan Typography Association Best Work award, ACC CM Festival bronze award, and the Award for Book Design at the Kodansha Publication Culture Awards.
