Ms. Sugahara conducts consulting to heighten an organization's ability to adapt to change by developing the capabilities of each individual employee. She developed "heartful communication" by taking what she learned about nurturing on the frontlines of work and applying it to child-raising. She is now introducing this through lectures organized by PTAs and local governments around the nation.
She is also training "heartful coaches" who can convey this heartful communication in their respective lifestyles and conducting activities to support parents around Japan with child-raising and self-fulfillment.
