Ms. Jibu graduated from the Faculty of Law, Hitotsubashi University in 1997 and joined Nikkei BP in the same year. She focused on skill improvement and career options for those in their 20s and 30s.
In 2006, she was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at The Center for the Education of Women, University of Michigan. She is the author of "Breadwinning Wives And Child Caring Husbands: Strategic exchange of gender role between couples, 52 Americans' work and life balance" Ms. Jibu specializes in corporate management, diversity, and work-life-balance between men and women. She has one child.
