Tomo Ikezawa

Senior Director & Personal Trainer, Total Workout

After meeting Kevin Yamasaki as a student at a vocational college, Ms. Ikezawa moved to the US with the aim of becoming a personal trainer. In 2001, she joined Total Workout as a founding member and gained a strong following, assisting many celebrities and socialites with their training. In 2005, she produced Total Workout Cafe in Roppongi Hills, a high-protein food deli based on her training theories. In 2007, she also developed a diet fast-food restaurant. Ms. Ikezawa advises clients on diet as well as training.
Her publications include: "Tsuyoku Yasashiku Utsukushiku (Strong, Gentle, Beautiful)" (Pia Mook); "Total Workout Style Three-Week Diet Bible" (Houken); "Mote-karada Recipe (Alluring Body Recipes)" (Villagebooks, co-written with Kikuko Panzetta)
