Yasuko Kuwahara
Manager, EPOCH-Women Role's Improvement, HR and General Affair Department, INAX Corporation
Ms. Kuwahara joined INAX in 1990 as showroom advisor. She worked in the Ginza and Shinjuku showrooms before being named manager for the new showroom's establishment section, manager of training for new advisors, and manager for customer consultation center. In 1998, Ms. Kuwahara moved to Sales to deal with new business project and became Sales Manager for the new business two years later. In 2002, she was transferred to the Showroom Planning Section of Marketing Department and was in charge of establishing new showrooms. Ms. Kuwahara joined the Women's Role Improvement Section in 2004 to run an HR reform project. She was named manager in October 2005.
