Naoko Iino
President, Japan Medical Information Research Institute
Ms. Iino graduated from the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science, Tokyo University of Science in 1983. After working as a pharmacist at a university hospital, she joined Apo Plus Station Co., Ltd. as Education and Training Program manager in charge of pharmacist training and introduction. She was also a member of Contract MR Program's Founding Committee.
She later joined Medical Planet Inc., a medical specialist staff and training company, as vice president and then was named president of Medical Creation Inc. She has been active in public welfare research including "Career Design of Medical Treatment and Public Hygiene Works" and "Market Demand and Expansion of Business Related to Lifestyle Prevention".
She has been an adjunct professor at University of Occupational and Environmental Health in Japan since April 2004. In February 2007 she joined Japan Medical Information Research Institute, Inc. as vice president and was named president in March.
