Junko Hata

Senior Manager, Strategy Group, Management Consulting Department, Accenture, Inc.

After graduating from the Faculty of Law, Waseda University, Ms. Hata joined Accenture, Inc. She deals with consulting services, particularly on business strategy from the customer's perspective, strategy for establishing new business, and marketing strategy. Her clients include automobile, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and luxury goods manufacturers as well as general trade and retail companies.

Her main publications include "CRM Marketing Strategy" and "Industrialization of Finance Industry" (both from Toyo Keizai Shimbunsha). She also writes a regular column "Customer Changes-the Reconstruction of Virtual Channel" (Nikkei Joho Sutorateji) and speaks at women's career seminars as a member of Accenture's Women Initiatives.
