Yukiko Yoshimaru
Head of Diversity Development Office, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd
Ms. Yoshimaru is now responsible for promoting diversity among global Nissan, especially focusing on enhancing women's leadership development.
Before current position, she had extensive experience in strategic Human Resources area including assignment in New York as a Chief Representative for a Japanese manufacturer, consultancy at Towers Perrin and in London for an European headquarter of a trading company.
She had a bachelor's degree from Waseda University for Science & Engineering, passed admission of Executive MBA, Stern School of Business, New York University and in Master of Science course, London University.
